Beyond her professional qualifications, Mrs. Das is a recognized Odishi dancer and an active participant in cultural events. She is often invited as a judge and chief guest at prestigious functions organized by the Rotary Club and Lions Club. In addition to her artistic pursuits, Mrs. Das is a dedicated philanthropist, committed to giving back to the community and supporting various charitable initiatives. Her leadership in both professional and extracurricular spheres, along with her unwavering commitment to social causes, makes her an invaluable asset to our team.

Mr. Deepak Ray is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over 20 years of experience in finance, auditing, and business advisory. He has advised numerous companies on company law, taxation, banking law, FEMA, and customs law etc.

Specializing in Private equity advisory, Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures, Virtual CFO services, Project Finance and IPOs, Mr. Ray has worked with leading companies such as Ashok Leyland, IFB, Daimler, Mahindra, and Unipres in senior management roles. He has also presented at international forums in Japan, Dubai, and beyond.

Currently serving as an Executive Council Member for the MSME Business Forum India, Mr. Ray is dedicated to empowering small and medium enterprises. He is passionate about giving back to the community and brings a wealth of experience and strategic insight to every client engagement.

Avidly interested in diverse subjects, Mr. Ray draws inspiration from his late father, Mr. Apurba Ranjan Ray, a Sahitya Academy Awardee and author of over 65 books in the Oriya language.

Mr. J. Ganapathy Subramanian is a qualified Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) from the 1996 batch of ICMAI and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), USA. With over 30 years of experience in Finance, Costing, Project Controlling, Budgeting, and Business Analysis, he has contributed significantly to industries such as Engineering, Automotive, Construction, and Healthcare.

He has worked with leading organizations like Ashok Leyland Ltd., Caterpillar India Pvt. Ltd., and Daimler India Commercial Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Subramanian has a strong track record in setting up costing systems and implementing the CO (Controlling) module in SAP. His expertise also includes managing Cost Audits, maintaining Cost Accounting records, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.
